What makes this program special?
- Coaching from a Licensed Therapist. Many coaches don't have therapeutic experience. While this container is different from therapy, you get the benefit of someone who is skilled at holding space, working with trauma and has a background in a variety of therapeutic modalities.
- Text/Email/Call Support. This is the difference maker for a lot of people. Access to support in real time allows you to practice what we are working on in the actual context in which the challenges occur.
- Personalized toolkit of practices. What works for you and fits your lifestyle will be completely different than what works for someone else. I create a toolkit for your unique stage of change and needs, including recorded meditations, books, worksheets and videos.
- Space for deep witnessing and holding in combination with skills development. What makes my style unique is my capacity to create a space for your healing to emerge (a softer, more diffuse and indescribable part of coaching) in combination with my ability to teach you new skills and most importantly, how to implement them into your daily life (the more tangible, hard skills part of coaching).

30 Minute Free Connection Call. This is a no pressure call to connect, ask questions and see if we are a good fit for each other.
- Twelve 1:1 Coaching Calls via Zoom. In these sessions, I hold the space to guide you back to yourself, using a combination of deep listening, prompting, somatic practices, mindfulness and breathwork.
- Personalized Toolkit of Practices. The goal is not to overwhelm you with tools that you won't use, but rather create a curated and personalized portal of practices that support your growth and wellbeing.
- Text/Call/Email support between sessions. Accountability, celebrating wins, support through challenging moments - you have a guide to meet you in real life, not just in session.
- Access to Previous Workshops. Work through previously recorded content, including a powerful Values Clarification Workshop, at your own pace.
