Focused support to assess what is getting in the way of feeling your best and develop targeted practices to support your authentic flow.
Best for those who are looking for specific support and the opportunity to implement a self-care plan on their own.
In preparation for the session, you will fill out an intake form, so I can familiarize myself with your needs before our session and our time together can be focused. You will walk away feeling supported, encouraged and seen with an implementable action plan to improve your wellbeing.
This option is for those who are not current clients and are interested in a single session deep dive experience.
